Bag care
How do I clean my bag? +
Use mild soap and warm water only. Do not bleach, tumble dry, or use harsh cleaners.
Ordering
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? +
Unfortunately, orders can’t be canceled once placed, but if you need to make changes, please contact us at hello@thepetiteporter.com or DM us on Instagram as quickly as possible. We’ll do our best to catch it before it’s processed!
Can I send an item as a gift? +
As of now, we don’t provide gift box or wrapping. But no worries, you can add a greeting card for 1 SGD!
- If you’d like to include a greeting, type your message in the remarks section during checkout. We’ll handwrite it on a The Petite Porter card.
- If you've selected the gift card without adding a message, we’ll slip in a blank card for you to write your own.
Do I need an account to place an order? +
Nope! You can check out as a guest. But once you’ve placed your first order, an account will automatically be created for you so you can track future orders. You’ll just need to reset your password here to log in the first time.
How do I know if an item is a pre-order? +
Pre-order items are always clearly labeled in the product title and description. You’ll also see the estimated shipping timeline right on the product page.
How does The Petite Porter’s pre-order work? +
To secure your pre-order, full payment is required at checkout. Once your item arrives at our warehouse, we’ll ship it straight to you. Estimated shipping times are listed on the product page. If anything changes after your order is placed, we’ll update you via the email you provided.
How do I get the 5% off on my first order? +
No sign-ups or codes needed. If it’s your first time ordering with your email address, the 5% discount will be automatically applied at checkout — easy and fuss-free.
What if I receive a defective item? +
We take extra care to check every product before it leaves us. But if you receive something defective or not quite right, feel free to send us an email at hello@thepetiteporter.com with your order number and a photo of the item within 7 days.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and with tags intact.
- Once verified, we’ll arrange a one-for-one exchange and coordinate with you for delivery
Why didn’t I receive an order confirmation email? +
A confirmation email is sent right after you place your order. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder. Still missing? Reach out to us at hello@thepetiteporter.com and we’ll make sure you’re taken care of.
Payments
How do I use a promo code? +
Enter your promo code in the “Promo Code” box at checkout and click Apply.
- Only one code can be used per order.
- Codes apply to full-priced items only (not sale items or gift vouchers).
- Codes cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.
- Promotions are subject to stock availability and may change anytime.
What if my payment is declined? +
If your payment doesn’t go through, you’ll need to place a new order with a successful payment method—we can’t process unpaid orders.
What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayNow (via QR code or UEN), GrabPay, PayPal, and Atome for installment payments.
Returns and exchanges
What is your return policy? +
At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please double-check product details and sizing before confirming your order.
Shipping
Can I change my shipping address after ordering? +
Once placed, orders are quickly processed, so we can’t guarantee address changes. But if you contact us right away at hello@thepetiteporter.com, we’ll do our best to update it before dispatch.
How do I track my order? +
When your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking link. You can also check the status under My Orders in your account. Tracking updates may take 24 hours to appear, so check again if it looks inactive at first.
What are the shipping fees and delivery timelines? +
Once your payment is confirmed, we’ll process your order and have it delivered within 7–10 business days. During peak times (festive holidays, big sales), delivery may take a little longer (up to 10 business days).
Deliveries are handled by third-party couriers, so delays or missed deliveries outside our control may happen.
If your order is meant as an urgent gift, please reach out to us via email or WhatsApp before placing your order. We’ll be glad to check options with you.
To help ensure smooth delivery, please:
- Provide a complete and accurate shipping address
- Be available to receive the parcel or arrange redelivery
- Track your parcel using the link provided in your shipping email
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, a redelivery fee will apply. Please note that refunds are not available for missed or uncollected parcels.

Where do you ship to? +
Currently, we ship only within Singapore. If you’re outside Singapore and interested in purchasing, email us at hello@thepetiteporter.com and we’ll see how we can help.
Note: We do not ship to PO boxes, parcel lockers, or APO/FPO addresses.
